The critically acclaimed Native American Music Association is requesting that our colleagues  accept an exclusive invitation and new opportunity to directly participate in the 12th Annual Native American Music Awards. As the largest event of its kind honoring  Native American musicians, the Annual Native American Music Awards is a historic and highly celebratory gathering. The place to stay during the Native American Music Awards festivities  — the only official host hotel for the Awards Show. You will be providing a block of approximately 75 rooms for three nights for our participating artists, performers and nominees and a reserved self pay block will be held for public patrons. In addition to housing our Welcome Center, the host hotel will be the site for our spectacular pre-show party & unpresented Awards event.

The Local Transportation Sponsor will provide all local  transportation for  participants in limos, luxury vans or coaches both to and from the Awards venue for soundchecks, rehearsals, and the Awards show program. The Transportation Sponsor may expand their contribution to cover national air transportation for all performers and participating artists with an additional contribution.  A scheduled scenic tour of historic sites nearby the Awards venue vicinity can be sponsored for NAMA VIP talent.  

Transportation Sponsors will be acknowledged in the following ways:* Banners will display your company's logo on each of the vehicles that will be used to transport participants and on the drivers signs awaiting arrivals of participants at the Airport * Bannes or signs will also be displayed at the pick up and drop off locations of the host hotel and Awards venue. This critically acclaimed Music Awards show and its high production values have been featured in Billboard Magazine, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, NY Times, Boston Globe, and CNN. The highly anticipated annual awards show program has been held throughout the country infront of consistently sold out audiences.  Based on ticket sales, an estimated 43 % of our audience travel from all across the country to attend our memorable and highly professional shows.The Awards ceremony is an innovative, visually advanced production using prerecorded music of the nominees, voice over, live presentations and performances, superb lighting and IMAG and large screen imaging. Our Awards program has been acclaimed for having “all the professionalism and production values of much larger events like the Grammy Awards and the American Music Awards”, American Federation of Radio Television Artists.
*As the Host venue sponsor, your company will be the featured title sponsor for the Awards show and appear on all event tickets.  A representative from your company will conduct the opening greeting and can participate as an award presenter. Following the highly celebratory Awards show is the post show VIP party where winners, nominees and special VIP guests of the Awards show mix, mingle, meet and celebrate in an intimate setting.  Many media attendees conduct one on one artist interviews in this special setting.  Special live performances are held by winners and nominees along with never before seen or heard music jams and collaborations. We are inviting companies to sponsor this VIP post show event party which all attendees very much look forward to.  Depending on the level of the contribution, the VIP Post show Party Event sponsor holds first right to also sponsor a buffet dinner for winners and nominees, and/or lunch or coffee breaks scheduled throughout the Awards rehearsals leading up to the show.

POST PRODUCTION TELEVISION & CABLE BROADCAST UNDERWRITER
A two hour edited version of the Awards show will be broadcast on Cable and Satellite television  through MHZ Networks and will reach over 30 million household viewers.
Information regarding this upcoming broadcast will be positioned online via our website, blogs, rss feeds, Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, and several others. National and international E-mail blasts will go out to our defined online membership database. The Awards show will be streamed live as well on the internet.

Your company will receive comp passes and VIP tickets to awards show,
and Mentions throughout the Awards ceremony.  Your company will receive a preproduced underwriting spot to appear at the beginning and end of our cable and satellite television broadcast of the Awards show.  If preferred, a representative from your company can be featured as the host to intro the program broadcast on MHZ Networks (www.mhznetworks.org)

This can be a joint presentation and production exclusively with this Sponsor where a press conference and nominee showcase concert is co produced to celebrate the announcement of this year's nominees.  The event can take place at a preferred location of their choice.  National media and local media will be invited.
